Shipping within Australia
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched. All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with shipping fees calculated at checkout. For faster delivery, select express shipping at checkout for an additional charge. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number once your purchase is complete, and a tracking number will be provided when your order ships.
International Shipping
We offer standard international shipping at $25 AUD. Please note that this does not include any import taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your order, it is your responsibility to pay any taxes that you may receive before you can obtain your order. The shipping timeframe can take anywhere between 10-20 business days.
Import regulations, duties, and taxes vary by country. Not Mine is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If an order is refused at customs due to unpaid duties or taxes, Not Mine reserves the right to deduct the return-to-sender costs from the refund amount.
At Not Mine, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if you receive an item with any quality imperfections, we’ll gladly provide an exchange or refund. Rest assured, we conduct thorough quality checks before shipping. Please note, our policy does not cover general wear and tear.
